Are you licensed?
Yes! Property Managers are licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Our office hours are 9am to 5pm. Our phone system is set up to accept emergency calls after hours. Additionally our property managers can be reached via email at manager@keystonerealtyandmanagement.com -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes! We have direct deposit set up for owner disbursements. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
As part of managing, we handle the lease signing and maintenance for you. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes! Keystone Realty & Management is a full service Property Management company, we can help with selling or purchasing as well. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner statements are processed and paid by the 10th of every month. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants are able to pay via check or money order. We also have an online portal where tenants can see their important documents and make payments. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We typically do standard 12 month lease terms, but other options are available based on your needs. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security Deposits are equal to one months rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately! Once a management agreement is signed, we can schedule to get photos and begin advertising the property for the date you choose. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage both single family homes and townhomes/apartments. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We process owner statements monthly, but also have an online portal for you to run reports or access your information 24/7.
